GEOPANEL – Reusable Modular ABS Formwork for Construction Works

The GEOPLAST® plastic formwork is a lightweight modular system made of durable ABS plastic, designed for the construction of walls, foundations, and columns.
It is a patented formwork system consisting of panels of various sizes that are easily connected using nylon handles.

By combining panels, it is possible to create wall structures of different thicknesses — 20, 25, 30, 35, or 40 cm.

Main specifications

• GEOPANEL 120 × 60: the main panel withstands up to 60 kN/m² and easily forms walls with a grid of 0.6 m up to 3.6 m in height;

• Each panel weighs only 11 kg, allowing manual handling without cranes or lifting equipment;

• Quick and easy assembly — can be installed by a single worker;

• All elements have a standard height of 600 mm and are combined as needed for each structure;

• Can be reused more than 100 times, ensuring long-term cost efficiency;

• Concrete does not adhere to the plastic surface, enabling easy removal and quick cleaning using only water;

• Panels can be dismantled and stored even in humid environments.
