Formwork Plug Cap
The formwork plug cap is used to seal holes in panels of various types of wall formwork.
The main purpose of the plug is to tightly close the existing technological openings in standard formwork panels, preventing cement slurry from leaking out during pouring.
The plug is inserted from the inside of the panel structure, which ensures that it cannot be pushed out by the pressure of the concrete mix.
The product is made of high-strength plastic that is inert to steel and concrete and resistant to oils.
The plug caps are suitable for all types of formwork — wooden, plywood, small-panel, and large-panel frame formwork.
They are compatible with Peri, Doka, Ulma, and Hunnebeck formwork systems.
These products are consumable materials and require regular restocking. A new set of plugs is needed for each subsequent concrete pour.
