This equipment is ideally suited for performing local loading and unloading operations.

It is used for lifting and moving loads weighing up to 16 tons.
Jib cranes are divided into two main types: column-mounted jib cranes and wall-mounted jib cranes.

Column-mounted jib cranes are installed on a concrete foundation using a support flange and anchor bolts, while wall-mounted cranes are attached to the building’s columns or walls.

The crane consists of a jib (boom), a hoist (the lifting mechanism), and, for column-mounted models, an additional support column.

For electric cranes, power is supplied by an electrical cable (standard configuration). An optional power feed system can be provided if the crane includes an electric slewing drive.

The crane can be controlled via a wired pendant control with an emergency stop button or manually. A radio remote control option is available for convenient operation of electric cranes. The slewing motion of manual cranes is performed by pulling the jib, while lifting and lowering operations can be done either manually or via an electric traveling hoist with a control pendant.

The lifting and load-handling mechanism is a hoist (trolley) that moves along the jib of the crane.

For improved reliability, safety, and ease of use, additional options can be installed.

The main advantages of jib cranes over bridge cranes are their convenience in confined workspaces, ease of installation, and no requirement for runway beams.

Column-mounted jib cranes are often used outdoors, beyond workshop areas, which significantly expands their range of applications.

  • Crane column with base flange – 1 pc. (for column-mounted version)

  • Power supply system (optional, if electrical equipment such as a hoist is included)

  • Power supply for hoist (optional)

  • Other components depending on configuration and selected options (may differ from the standard set listed here)

Electric Slewing Jib Crane

  • Jib (boom) – 1 pc. (2 pcs. for a double-jib configuration)

  • Crane column with base flange – 1 pc. (for column-mounted version)

  • Control box – 1 pc. (may be excluded in explosion-proof versions)

  • Gear motor – 1–2 pcs. (depending on jib reach and load capacity)

  • Electrical cabling

  • Hoist (if included in the supply set)

  • Power feed system for crane and hoist (optional)

  • Additional components depending on configuration and selected options (may differ from the standard version)

• All components responsible for the slewing motion of the crane boom are filled with long-lasting lubricant — no additional filling is required before operation.

• All crane booms are designed and selected to completely eliminate the possibility of deformation, in full compliance with current regulatory standards.

• The crane is coated with high-quality Primatek primer-enamel, with a minimum coating thickness of 80 µm (for installation category U3) / 120 µm (for category U1).

• The connection between the boom and the column is bolted only, with no welding used.
