Ratchet straps are used to secure cargo during transportation. The main components of the strap are:
• a durable polyester webbing 50 mm or 75 mm wide with a breaking strength ranging from 4,000 kgf to 10,000 kgf, respectively;
• a ratchet tensioning mechanism;
• fastening end fittings.
The polyester webbing used in the manufacture of ratchet straps provides a strong clamping force while maintaining the integrity of the cargo surface and packaging. The ratchet locks and end fittings ensure exceptional quality and reliability of the entire assembly. Convenience and ease of handling give these straps significant advantages over conventional cargo securing tools.
RATCHET STRAP WITH HOOKS
A ratchet strap is a device for fastening or securing cargo that uses hooks to attach to anchor points and a ratchet mechanism for tightening the strap when securing the load. The strap is made of 100% polyester, which ensures that even under maximum load, its elongation does not exceed 7%. This value fully complies with the European Standard EN 12195-2.
APPLICATION OF RATCHET STRAPS WITH TENSIONING MECHANISM (RATCHET):
Ratchet straps allow you to quickly and securely fasten cargo on any type of transport. Thanks to the ratchet mechanism, the strap can be easily tightened and fixed securely, and just as easily released with a single motion.
ADVANTAGES OF RATCHET STRAPS WITH RATCHET MECHANISM:
-
Minimal stretch percentage (up to 7%)
-
Repairable
-
Lightweight
-
Easy to use
-
No deformation throughout the entire service life
-
Adjustable strap length using the ratchet mechanism
