Three-layer formwork panel IRU-PU
THREE-LAYER TIMBER FORMWORK PANEL (IRU-PU TYPE)
The formwork timber panel consists of three layers of high-quality solid wood, bonded together with waterproof adhesive. The two outer layers are arranged longitudinally, while the inner layer is positioned transversely, ensuring high dimensional stability and resistance to deformation.
Both surfaces of the panel are coated with a protective melamine resin film with a density of 120 g/m², providing excellent resistance to moisture and wear. The panel edges are sealed with polyurethane (PU), which significantly reduces moisture absorption, prevents cracking and concrete adhesion, and facilitates cleaning, thereby extending the panel’s service life.
The number of possible reuses depends on various external factors affecting the formwork, such as handling, release agents, and cleaning procedures.
Under optimal working conditions and with proper maintenance, the panel can be reused 5 to 25 times.
The three-layer IRU-PU formwork panel is a high-quality product used in both horizontal and vertical formwork systems, as well as a standalone panel for a wide range of construction applications.
