Three-layer formwork panel IRU-PU
The wooden formwork panel consists of three layers of high-quality solid wood, bonded together with waterproof adhesive. The two outer layers are arranged longitudinally, and the inner layer is arranged transversely.
The panel is coated on both sides with a protective layer of melamine resin with a density of 120 g/m², and the panel edges are made of polyurethane. The polyurethane edge reduces moisture absorption, prevents cracks in the wood and adhesion of concrete, facilitates cleaning, and increases the number of reuses.
The possible frequency of reuse depends on many external factors affecting the formwork. Under optimal usage conditions and with proper maintenance, it can reach between 5 and 25 uses.
