Lightweight Steel Formwork System
The lightweight steel formwork system is used in a modular way for the construction of concrete columns and walls. The panels are made of special 2 mm thick steel, reinforced with 3 or 4 stiffeners, and assembled using robotic welding.
Assembly and Use
The lightweight panels, simple interconnection system, and reduced number of components make the assembly of this formwork quick and easy.
Usage is straightforward:
-
Place the base connector on the ground, then set the panel assembly on top.
-
Once the desired height is reached, connect the corners of the upper panels with corner locks.
This is an economical and simple method for producing concrete columns and walls. The metal formwork system allows for the creation of both walls and columns with high precision.
