Corner Connector for FERM Metal Formwork Panel
The corner connector is an upper steel fastener designed for the FERM panel formwork system.
Weight: 0.09 kg
The light series metal formwork is used in a modular way for the construction of concrete columns and walls.
The panels are made of special steel with a thickness of 2 mm, featuring 3 or 4 reinforcements, and are assembled using robotic welding.
The light weight of the panels, the simple connections between them, and the reduced number of components in the system make the assembly of the metal formwork quick and easy.
Its use is fast and straightforward:
Place the base connector on the ground, then set the set of panels on top.
Once the desired height is reached, connect the corners of the upper panels using the corner connector (closure).
This is an economical and simple method for the construction of concrete columns and walls.
The metal formwork system allows for the creation of both walls and columns.
Metal panels made of 2 mm thick steel.
Panels have 3 or 4 reinforcements, depending on the model, and are robotically welded.
Standard model: four welded sides.
Panels are coated with epoxy-polyester paint and treated with an anti-oxidation finish.
Option for building double columns.
Panels can be positioned horizontally or vertically.
The formwork includes accessories that allow the construction of 100 mm thick concrete walls.
Quick and easy assembly/disassembly.
Universal system – suitable for both columns and walls.
