The Top Tower 40 support scaffolding system is based on durable galvanized or powder-coated steel frames.

Applications

The TOP TOWER 40 support scaffolding is used for concreting:

  • Slabs with interstory heights starting from 6 m;

  • Inclined slabs and structures where horizontal loads occur;

  • As part of a safe perimeter formwork system for high-rise buildings and structures;

  • In the construction of bridges, tunnels, and other engineering structures.

The system of statically rigid towers effectively handles tasks in conditions where the use of other slab formwork systems is limited or not possible.

Structural design

The structure consists of steel frames with a width of 1.5 m and heights of 0.9 m, 1.2 m, and 1.8 m.

Load-bearing capacity

  • Load-bearing capacity of up to 40 kN per leg;

  • Adjustable frame spacing ensures the required load capacity.

Brand: CGM

The TopTower 40 support scaffolding system is based on strong steel frames with galvanized or powder-coated surfaces, providing a maximum load-bearing capacity of 40 kN per leg. TopTower 40 has a wide range of applications, including bridge construction, high-rise buildings, and industrial projects.

The system allows for the casting of various types of in-situ concrete slabs (different thicknesses, heights, and inclinations). Thanks to its adjustable frame spacing, TT40 can be used in different structural configurations and under varying loads. Assembly is quick and logical and can be performed by two workers. The system also allows for individual adjustment of the top and bottom supports.

Load-bearing capacity

  • The load-bearing capacity reaches 40 kN per leg.

  • The adjustable frame spacing ensures the required load capacity.

Operational flexibility

  • Excellent compatibility with various structural designs due to adjustable frame spacing.

  • The upper and lower supports can each be extended by 50 cm, allowing for easy height adjustment.

  • Precise adjustment of the system in length, width, and height.

Cost efficiency

  • Fast assembly reduces labor and installation costs.

  • A small number of components speeds up installation.

  • The system’s high reusability minimizes long-term expenses.

  • Additional cost savings through the operational flexibility of the system.

  • Galvanized or powder-coated steel frames extend the service life.

Ease of use and planning

  • Few different components for simplified logistics and assembly.

  • No tools required for installation.

  • Meets all requirements for designing slabs made of architectural concrete.

  • Suitable for a wide range of construction applications.

Safety in operation

  • Inter-frame connections allow pre-assembly in a horizontal position followed by vertical lifting.

  • Ensures high stability and safety during use.
