Mast-climbing work platform ELSA P25, single-mast design (lifting height up to 100 m, platform length up to 6.9 m)

The Electroelsa ELSA P25 single-mast construction hoist platform, produced by the renowned Italian lifting equipment manufacturer Electroelsa, is a practical and efficient alternative to traditional lifting systems (such as suspended scaffolds).
The Electroelsa work platform can lift loads up to 100 m high and has a high load capacity of up to 1.25 tons, which is why it is often referred to as a “heavy-duty lifting platform.”
This model is an improved version of the previous generation of lifting platforms known under the EP2818 series. The platform width can reach up to 6.9 meters.

Distinctive Features

Unlike competitors, Electroelsa never relies on a single gear shaft to support the hoist. Instead, it distributes the drive system along the rack, ensuring significantly greater safety and stability.
For example, even the smallest-capacity hoist is supported by at least eight modules.

The technological features of Electroelsa hoists eliminate the risk of human error — a major factor in workplace accidents.
Every unit is equipped with an internal door interlock system, which can only be released when the hoist cage is at floor level with the landing gate open.

Electroelsa hoists never rely solely on one upper and one lower limit switch.
Instead, they use three (3) limit switches installed at separate positions at both the top and bottom for added safety.

For equipment designed to carry people, Electroelsa implements an even more reliable safety system.
Each hoist is equipped with two welded (not bolted) hooks mounted behind the parachute safety system and before the motors, ensuring that the cage cannot detach from the mast under any circumstances, even if all three limit switches fail.

All electrical panels and control panels on Electroelsa lifting equipment have a protection rating of IP66, and all motors are IP55, 50/60 Hz.
