Brand: ELECTROELSA

The Electroelsa ELSA P40 construction hoist platform (available in single- or twin-mast configurations), produced by the renowned Italian manufacturer Electroelsa, is a practical and efficient alternative to traditional lifting systems (such as suspended scaffolds).
The Electroelsa work platform is designed for lifting loads to great heights and offers high load capacity — up to 3.7 tons in the twin-mast version and 1.6 tons in the single-mast version — which is why these systems are often referred to as “heavy-duty lifting platforms.”
This model is an improved version of the previous generation of lifting platforms known under the EP4130 series. The platform width can reach up to 33.9 meters.

Distinctive Features

Unlike its competitors, Electroelsa never relies on a single gear shaft to support the hoist. Instead, it distributes the drive system along the rack, ensuring far greater safety and stability.
For example, even the smallest-capacity hoist is supported by at least eight modules.
Electroelsa NEVER compromises on safety in this regard.

The technological design of Electroelsa hoists eliminates the risk of human error — a major cause of workplace accidents.
All hoists are equipped with an internal door interlock system, which can only be released when the cage is positioned at the landing with the gate open.

Electroelsa hoists never depend solely on one upper and one lower limit switch.
Instead, they feature three (3) limit switches installed at separate positions at both the top and bottom, enhancing operational safety.

For equipment designed to transport personnel, Electroelsa implements an even more reliable safety system.
Each hoist is fitted with two welded (not bolted) hooks positioned behind the parachute safety device and ahead of the motors.
This ensures that the cage cannot detach from the mast under any circumstances, even if all three limit switches fail.

All electrical panels and control panels of Electroelsa lifting equipment are rated IP66, while all motors have a protection class of IP55, operating at 50/60 Hz.
