Single-sided formwork – Modular counterfort frame system
The Variant modular counterfort frame system is designed for constructing single-sided walls, such as retaining walls, dam walls, and other similar structures.
The shear forces created by the pressure of freshly poured concrete and acting on the formwork panels are absorbed and transferred to the foundation by the modular counterfort frames and diagonal anchors.
Using this single-sided support system, it is possible to construct walls with a casting height of up to 8 m.
Load-bearing capacity
Thanks to the variability of its load-bearing capacity, the single-sided modular support system can be assembled and designed to withstand different levels of pressure from freshly poured concrete, up to 50 kN/m².
