One of the key tasks in monolithic construction is to remove concrete elements from the formwork without causing damage or reducing their mechanical strength. Moreover, lubricated formwork helps prevent the appearance of cracks and chips on the concrete surface.

This problem is effectively solved by using the release agent Emulsil, which is applied to the formwork before pouring the concrete.

Emulsil is a mixture of high-quality synthetic oils and emulsifiers dissolved in water.

Thanks to its composition, Emulsil forms a uniform protective film that acts as an inert barrier between the formwork and the concrete.

The NUOVO DISARMOIL release agent is particularly suitable for wooden formwork, plywood, and three-layer panels, ensuring excellent exposed concrete surfaces.

Method of Use

The concentrated Emulsil should be diluted with water before application in a ratio of 1 part Emulsil to 10–15 parts water and mixed thoroughly. The composition of Emulsil consists of high-quality synthetic oils and emulsifiers dissolved in water.

ATTENTION
When preparing the working solution (diluted Emulsil), it is not recommended to use very cold water. Always pour the Emulsil into the water, not the other way around.

Before applying the working solution, remove any foreign materials or hardened concrete residues from the formwork.

The prepared solution is poured into a sprayer or any suitable container for manual application. The contact surface should be treated evenly and consistently.

With 1 liter of the prepared solution, you can treat 80–100 m² of surface.

Use the diluted Emulsil only at positive temperatures.

Advantages of Using Diluted NUOVO DISARMOIL Emulsil:
▫ Ensures durability and protection of the formwork.
Does not alter the color of the concrete.
