THREE-LAYER FORMWORK PANEL IRU-PU
The IRU-PU three-layer formwork panel is made of three layers of high-quality solid wood, bonded together with waterproof adhesive. The two outer layers are arranged longitudinally, while the inner layer is oriented transversely, providing excellent dimensional stability and resistance to warping.
Advantages
-
Cost efficiency:
The three-layer design reduces overall formwork costs by ensuring a long service life and high reusability due to its structural integrity and protective coating. -
Versatile sizing:
Available in dimensions compatible with various formwork systems, allowing easy integration into both traditional and modular setups. -
Compliance with standards:
Manufactured in accordance with Ö-Norm B3023, ensuring consistent quality and durability. -
Polyurethane (PU) edge protection:
The PU-sealed edges minimize moisture absorption, prevent cracking and concrete adhesion, facilitate cleaning, and extend the number of possible reuses of the panel.
Applications
The range of formwork components made with three-layer panels allows for efficient assembly, installation, and safe operation of various formwork systems, including:
-
Wall formwork
-
Column formwork
-
Lift shaft formwork
-
Slab formwork
These panels provide strength, precision, and reliability, making them suitable for both horizontal and vertical concrete casting applications.
