THREE-LAYER FORMWORK PANEL (IRU-PU TYPE)

The formwork panel is made of three layers of high-quality solid wood, bonded together with waterproof adhesive. The two outer layers are positioned longitudinally, while the inner layer is oriented transversely, providing excellent dimensional stability and resistance to deformation.

Both sides of the panel are coated with a protective melamine resin film with a density of 120 g/m², ensuring moisture resistance and surface durability. The edges are sealed with polyurethane (PU), which significantly reduces moisture absorption, prevents cracking and concrete adhesion, and makes cleaning easier, thereby extending the panel’s lifespan.

Durability and Use

The number of possible reuses depends on several external factors that affect the condition of the formwork. Under optimal working conditions and with proper maintenance, the panel can be reused from 5 to 25 times.
