APPLICATION METHOD — EMULSOL NUOVO DISARMOIL
Before use, the concentrated Emulsol must be diluted with water in a ratio of 1 part Emulsol to 10–15 parts water and thoroughly mixed.
The product itself is a blend of high-quality synthetic oils and emulsifiers dissolved in water.
Important Notes
-
When preparing the working solution, do not use very cold water.
-
Always pour Emulsol into water, not the other way around.
-
Before application, remove all foreign materials and hardened concrete residues from the formwork surface.
The prepared solution should then be poured into a sprayer or other suitable container for manual application.
The contact surface must be treated evenly and consistently to ensure complete coverage.
One liter of the prepared solution is sufficient to treat approximately 80–100 m² of surface area.
Use the diluted Emulsol only at positive temperatures (above 0°C).
