UNIVERSAL RELEASE AGENT — ALCHIOIL 100

The Universal Release Agent (ALCHIOIL 100) is a formwork oil formulated with special additives that ensure easy demoulding and effective protection of formwork panels.

Thanks to its composition, the oil forms a uniform protective film that acts as an inert barrier between the concrete and the formwork surface, preventing adhesion and surface damage.

Product Description

ALCHIOIL 100 is a ready-to-use release agent suitable for both frame formwork systems and three-layer formwork panels.

It is stable during storage, does not separate, and requires no mixing before application, ensuring convenience and reliability on site.

One liter of the product is sufficient to cover 40–60 m² of surface area.

Advantages of ALCHIOIL 100

  • Ready to use — no dilution or preparation required.

  • Excellent separating performance, ensuring easy and clean formwork removal.

  • Forms a consistent protective layer, extending the service life of formwork panels.

  • Prevents concrete adhesion and reduces surface defects such as cracks or chips.

  • Can be applied in extreme temperatures, down to –50°C, making it ideal for use in cold climates.

  • Economical consumption and high efficiency per liter.

ALCHIOIL 100 provides universal compatibility, reliable protection, and optimal concrete surface quality, making it a versatile and high-performance form release oil for modern construction applications.
