The wedge clamp for rebar is used to tighten and secure wall formwork panels.
Using wedge clamps is an alternative to traditional tie rods with nuts.

The wedge clamp for formwork is one of the most reliable, fast, and versatile methods for rigidly connecting formwork panels into a single structure, both vertically and horizontally, while ensuring proper alignment between them.

The clamp allows for tight joints between formwork panels, which in turn ensures a smooth and even concrete surface after pouring.

A major advantage of the wedge clamp is its non-detachable design — during dismantling, the wedge remains inside the lock and does not fall out.
This feature eliminates the loss of parts during operation and significantly simplifies transportation and storage.

The clamp is manufactured by casting and is capable of withstanding impact loads.

Installation and removal are performed by hammering in or knocking out the wedgeno additional tools are required.

A wedge clamp for rebar is used for vertical formwork and serves as an alternative to tie rods with nuts.

When using a wedge clamp, the tie rod is replaced by rebar, which remains in the wall after the concrete is poured and is then simply cut off. In this case, a PVC tube and cone spacers are not required during pouring.

Rebar clamps significantly reduce labor costs and formwork assembly time.

These clamps can withstand multiple concrete pouring cycles.

The spring clamp is the most cost-effective alternative to a nut and tie rod!

Clamps are installed only on one side of the monolithic frame formwork. On the opposite side, a stopper (a short piece of rebar) is welded. As a result, one end of the rebar looks like the letter “T”, while the other end remains free. This free end is inserted into the formwork hole, and a clamp is placed on it, ensuring structural stability similar to that of a nut and tie rod system.

When using clamps, the rebar does not need to be removed — only the protruding end should be cut off, and the cut point is sealed with mastic.

The clamps can withstand repeated concrete pouring cycles.

Because there is no need to purchase expensive tie rods, nuts, or additional consumables (PVC tubes and cones), and due to their ease and speed of use, wedge clamps provide a simple and economical solution for assembling formwork for strip foundations, monolithic walls and columns, and reinforced concrete belts.
