SINGLE-GIRDER UNDERSLUNG OVERHEAD CRANE

Used for lifting and moving various loads weighing up to 10 tons.
The crane consists of a main girder (made from an I-beam) and two end carriages equipped with motor gear units that drive its movement.

Power is supplied by an electric cable or other suitable means.
The crane is controlled via a pendant control station with an emergency stop button.
Optional radio control or operator cabin control can be installed for greater convenience and safety.

The lifting and moving mechanism is an electric hoist (trolley) that travels along the main girder.
The load-lifting element is a hook suspension attached to a wire rope.

A key structural feature is that the underslung crane is mounted beneath the runway beams, which eliminates the need for support columns and helps maximize usable workspace.

For improved safety and operating comfort, additional options can be installed.

This crane type is widely used in manufacturing facilities for maintenance, assembly, loading/unloading operations, and other industrial purposes.

• The end carriage design allows for easy wheel removal and replacement without dismantling the entire crane — only by lifting part of the end carriage and rolling the wheel forward.

• All wheel assemblies are filled with long-lasting grease, requiring no additional lubrication before operation.

• All crane girders are engineered to ensure that elastic deflection does not exceed the limits specified by regulatory standards.

• The girders are also designed to completely eliminate the risk of deformation under load.

• The connection between the main girder and end carriages is made only with bolts, without welding.

Only European components are used:

  • Hoists manufactured in Bulgaria and Germany

  • Motor gear units manufactured in Italy

• The end carriages are equipped with anti-derailment devices to prevent the crane from coming off the rails or tracks.
