° The design of the end carriages (featuring retractable axle boxes) allows for easy wheel removal and replacement without fully dismantling the crane — only by lifting part of the end carriage and rolling the wheel forward.
° All wheel assemblies are pre-filled with long-lasting grease — no additional lubrication is required before commissioning.
° All crane bridge girders are engineered to ensure that elastic deflection does not exceed permissible standards set by regulatory documents.
° The girders are also designed to completely eliminate the risk of structural deformation under normal operating loads.
° Connections between bridge girders and end carriages are bolted only, with no welding used, ensuring precision assembly and ease of maintenance.
° Only European components are used: hoists manufactured in Bulgaria or Germany (or traditional hoisting mechanisms), and gear motors made in Italy or Germany.
° End carriages are equipped with anti-derailment devices to prevent the crane from leaving the rails or guide tracks.
° End carriages also feature protective covers to prevent dust, debris, and foreign objects from entering the carriage interior.
