This metal structure is designed to transport various loads within its rated lifting capacity — excluding hazardous materials, strong acids, or molten metals — along the crane runway beams. It is mounted on runway tracks supported by columns.
It is used for lifting and moving loads up to 100 tons.
The crane consists of a main girder (made from an I-beam or box-section beam) and two end carriages equipped with motor-gear units that drive its movement.
Power is supplied by an electric cable system or another suitable method.
The crane is operated using a wired pendant control with an emergency stop button.
Optional radio control or operator cabin control can be installed to enhance convenience and operational safety.
The lifting and travel mechanism consists of an electric hoist (trolley) moving along the crane girder, or a stationary hoist mounted on a movable trolley.

• The design of the end carriages (with removable axle boxes) allows for easy wheel removal or replacement without full crane disassembly — simply by lifting part of the end carriage and rolling the wheel forward.
• All wheel assemblies are pre-filled with long-life grease, requiring no additional lubrication before commissioning.
• All main girders are engineered so that elastic deflection does not exceed permissible limits set by standards.
• The crane girders are designed to eliminate the risk of deformation under load.
• The connection between the crane girder and end carriages is bolted, with no welding applied.
• Only European components are used: hoists from Bulgaria and Germany, and gear motors from Italy.
• The end carriages are equipped with anti-derailment devices to prevent the crane from slipping off the rails/guides.
• Protective covers are installed to prevent dust and foreign objects from entering the end carriages.
