Modular Scaffolding

Purpose

Modular scaffolding (hereinafter referred to as modular scaffolds) is designed for finishing and repair works on building facades.

Modular scaffolding systems can be used for various applications, including:

  • Facade scaffolding

  • Stair towers

  • Mobile towers

  • Platform towers

  • Passageways under scaffolding

  • Support structures

  • Stage and grandstand constructions, as well as special-purpose structures

Modular scaffolding is used in cases where standard frame scaffolds do not provide an optimal solution — for example, when a structure has a complex geometry (polygonal facade, irregular projections, etc.).
With modular scaffolding, any object can be enclosed, both outside and inside a building.

This flexibility is achieved thanks to individual system components that can be freely combined with each other.
The modular design also ensures convenient transportation and storage.

Features

The attachment of modular scaffolding to building walls is performed using wall ties, which are connected to embedded elements in the structure.

Key advantages:

  • Fast assembly and disassembly

  • Reliable connections and high load-bearing capacity

  • No small connecting parts that could be easily lost

  • Minimal use of additional or special elements, even for complex scaffolding configurations

Modular scaffolding systems combine efficiency, durability, and versatility, making them ideal for projects of various sizes and complexities.

Operating Conditions

The scaffolding can be used indoors or outdoors under the following environmental conditions:

  • Temperature: ±40 °C

  • Relative humidity: 45–98 %

  • Maximum wind load: 0.3 kPa
