The spring clamp key (tensioner) is made of special-grade steel and is designed for tightening wire or rebar when securing formwork panels using spring clamps.
The operating mechanism is simple and does not require special skills or significant effort.
The spring clamp is placed on rebar with a diameter of 6–10 mm.
The tensioning key is then fitted over the clamp. Using the upper lever, the clamp is locked onto the rebar, and with the lower lever, it is tightened securely.
The removal process of the spring clamp is also quick and effortless — a light hammer tap on the clamp tongue releases the spring, allowing the clamp to be easily removed.

SPRING CLAMP – THE MOST COST-EFFECTIVE ALTERNATIVE TO A NUT AND TIE ROD!
Spring clamps are installed on only one side of the monolithic frame formwork.
On the opposite side of the bar, a stopper — a short piece of rebar — is welded.
As a result, one end of the bar resembles the letter “T”, while the other end remains free.
This free end is inserted into the formwork hole, and a spring clamp is placed on it, securing the structure in the same way as a nut and tie rod assembly.
When using clamps, the rebar does not need to be removed — only the protruding end is cut off, and the cut area is sealed with mastic.
The spring clamps withstand multiple concreting cycles without loss of performance.
The elimination of expensive elements such as tie rods, nuts, and additional consumables (PVC tubes and cones), combined with the speed and convenience of use, makes this system an efficient and economical solution for producing strip foundations, monolithic walls, columns, and concrete belts.
